Do I have to pay extra fees?
Our price includes a service charge of € 10 per stay, a cleaning fee of € 30 per stay, and a city tax of € 1.50 per person. Other than that there are no extra fees included in our price. Towels are not changed during your stay. Except for an extra charge of 20eur. Additional cleaning during the stay is also available for the price of 50 euros.
Can I change my reservation?
You can change your reservation for up to one day before arrival.
What happens if a host cancels?
If we cancel your reservation you will get your money back.
How do I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation by contacting us. You can contact us by sending us a message on: info@apartmaji-harpf.si or by calling us on: +386 51 237 852.
If I cancel, will I get a full refund?
You will be refunded in full if you cancel at least one day before arrival.
What happens if a guest damages a property?
If we find damages to the apartment after your check-out you will be charged for all the damages.
When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is anytime after 3 PM and check-out by 10 AM.
Where do I get the keys for the apartment?
The key to the apartment is located in a locked box. The box contains the keys that open the apartment and the front door to the building.
The box can be found on the side of the bicycle shed at parking space 7. You take the keys from the drawer and you have access to the apartment.
We will be sending you instructions for your arrival after your reservation. All the instructions come with pictures to help you find the right accommodation.
Is there parking available close by?
Parking is located directly in the car park next to the building and is marked with the apartment number.
Parking is available for one vehicle.
Please park in this marked area. The marking is on the bicycle shed (see the picture in the instructions).
Is there Wifi in the apartment?
The apartment has 2 smart TVs with lots of channels, as well as wi-fi. The password for the Wifi will be provided in the instructions we send to you.
